Responsibility:

• I have mainly monitored operating and maintenance of Boiler (type of Fire Tube, capacity: 1.6 ton/hrs).
• Prepare scheduled maintenance program for Boiler mounting and accessories.
• Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss.
• I have also good knowledge about PLC controlling; Pellet Mill, Hammer Mill, Mixer, Cooler, Rotary Screener, Crumblier, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, all Motors, Generators (500 KVA and 1000 KVA), and Air Compressor etc.

Responsibility:

• I mainly monitored operating and maintenance of Bonetti NOVA 3000 Hiper Turning and Laser Button machine (Italian brand).
• Prepare scheduled maintenance program for all machines like spring holder, Gear teeth, Feeder Patti, Hopper plate, sprocket, cam, dowel pin etc.
• Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss.
